Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how TATTV by One Zero Zero Eight Company, owned by OZZEC Products Pvt. Ltd., manages delivery and logistics for orders placed on www.tattv.care.

1. Shipping Partners

We primarily arrange deliveries through Shiprocket, whose API is integrated with tattv.care for real-time tracking, automated order processing, and courier allocation.

However, we are not restricted to Shiprocket alone.

Depending on service availability, speed, location, or operational efficiency, we may use alternative delivery partners or manual shipping arrangements.

Our goal is always to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

2. Delivery Timeline

For our physical products we have experinced delivery time: 1 to 7 working days, depending on:

  • Your location/pincode
  • Courier service availability
  • Weather or transport conditions
  • Government or logistical restrictions

Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

E-gift cards are sent immediately—don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before placing the order.

Special promotions (e.g., free shipping) may be offered from time to time.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive updates via email/SMS/WhatsApp (if opted-in).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link
  • Courier partner details
  • Status updates

If the delivery is managed outside Shiprocket for operational reasons, tracking information will still be shared wherever possible.

6. Delivery Limitations

If your pincode is temporarily unserviceable by courier partners:

  • You may still place an order, OR
  • Contact us via WhatsApp/email for alternate delivery arrangements.
    We will assist you with manual dispatch or an alternate courier wherever possible.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

The courier may attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the delivery fails due to issues such as:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone
  • Door locked
  • Refusal to accept

The order may be marked as RTO (Returned to Origin).

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Shipping and delivery timelines depend on third-party courier services.

Delays may happen due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Festive load
  • Transport strikes
  • Routing issues
  • Service disruptions

While these delays are not in our direct control, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner and resolving issues as quickly as possible.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
