Orders usually arrive within 1–7 days. Delivery time can vary because it depends on partner couriers and external factors like regional logistics, weather, transporter availability, or local disruptions. These are outside our direct control, but we always monitor your shipment and support you throughout.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link and ID via WhatsApp/SMS/email. You can track your shipment live through Shiprocket. If you see unusual delays or confusing status updates, contact us—we’ll coordinate with the courier partner for clarity.

Even unopened packs cannot be accepted back because we cannot verify storage conditions of the delivery location. High-quality, natural bathing products are sensitive to humidity, temperature, and handling, so to maintain safety and purity for all customers, we cannot restock or reship returned items.
While returns and refunds are not part of our policy, if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please share clear photos or a video with us within 12 hours. We will raise a case with the courier partner and assist you with a resolution based on their investigation, such as replacement in eligible cases.
