Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on www.tattv.care, owned and operated by OZZEC Products Pvt. Ltd., Ashta, Sangli, Maharashtra.

TATTV by One Zero Zero Eight Company is a brand of OZZEC Products Pvt. Ltd.

At TATTV, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all bathing bars and accessories. To ensure every customer receives a fresh, untouched product, we follow a firm no-return, no-refund, and no-cancellation policy.

1. No Cancellations After Order Placement

Once an order is placed on tattv.care, it cannot be cancelled for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item ordered
  • Delay in delivery
  • Pincode not serviceable

Our products cannot be resold once dispatched, which is why cancellations are not allowed.

2. No Returns Accepted

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any products, whether opened or sealed.

Return requests cannot be accepted for:

  • Personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or feel
  • Unsuitability for skin
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Package/box damage during transit
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections

3. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Cancellations
  • Returns
  • Delivery delays
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Courier issues beyond our control

This policy ensures that all products remain hygienic and uncompromised.

4. Exceptions — Damaged or Wrong Product Received or Product Received Past Expiry Date

In the rare case that you receive a:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product
  • Product received past its expiry date 

You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery, with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Your order number

Company reserves the right to verify the claim.  If the claim is approved, the company may replace the product or issue a refund only after the product is successfully returned to the company’s warehouse or designated return address.

Refunds will NOT be issued for damaged or incorrect products.

5. Packaging Damage vs Product Damage

Transit may cause dents or marks on the shipping box.

This is normal and is not eligible for replacement.

Replacements apply only if the product itself is damaged or incorrect.

6. Delivery, Courier & Pincode Issues

We deliver primarily through Shiprocket, but may use other service providers when required.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Delivery delays due to courier operations
  • Weather, strikes, transport conditions
  • RTO (Return to Origin) due to unavailability of customer
  • Courier not servicing your pincode

If your pincode is unserviceable, you may still:

  • Place the order, or
  • Contact us for alternative arrangements

We will assist, but cannot guarantee or refund courier outcomes.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

If an order returns due to incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, or repeated delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.

Reshipping may require additional shipping charges.

8. No Medical, Therapeutic, or Astrological Claims

TATTV products are not medical treatments and do not offer guaranteed results for skin conditions.

They are also not astrological remedies.

Refunds will not be issued for unmet medical, skin, or zodiac expectations.
