Internship – Social Media: Instagram & Facebook

We are looking for a Social Media Intern / Trainee to manage and grow Tattv’s presence on Instagram and Facebook through 100% organic content. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked on at least one internship for an e-commerce brand and now wants to specialise in UGC-style and organic content creation for Meta platforms.

You will be responsible for day-to-day content creation, publishing, engagement and basic analytics with a strong focus on building a visual, storytelling-led presence for Tattv.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original Reels, posts and stories for Instagram and Facebook.
  • Plan and execute weekly content calendars for Meta platforms.
  • Shoot and edit mobile-first, UGC-style content featuring Tattv products.
  • Research and adapt current trends, audios, formats and hooks relevant to beauty and skincare.
  • Write on-brand captions in a premium, clean-beauty / luxury skincare tone.
  • Publish content, schedule posts and maintain posting consistency.
  • Engage with the community: respond to DMs, comments and mentions.
  • Collect, curate and repurpose customer reviews and UGC.
  • Support influencer / creator outreach and basic coordination where required.
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits, link clicks) and suggest improvements.

Preferred Skills and Tools

  • MBA or BBA student (Marketing / Media / Branding preferred) – currently pursuing.
  • Minimum one prior internship in social media / organic content / UGC content for an e-commerce brand (preferably in beauty, skincare, personal care or lifestyle).
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram and Facebook content formats (Reels, posts, stories, highlights).
  • Ability to independently create and edit Reels using tools like Reels editor, CapCut or InShot.
  • Comfortable shooting aesthetic mobile content at home (good framing, lighting and basic styling).
  • Basic understanding of how content supports e-commerce funnels (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
  • Strong written English skills for captions, hooks and on-screen text.
  • Canva (or similar design tools) for post/story layouts.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe tools is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of skincare, clean beauty and ingredient-led communication.
  • Familiarity with Instagram Insights / Facebook analytics for organic performance tracking.
